Gazi Kodzo

Gazi Kodzo is Secretary General of the African People’s Socialist Party, guiding the day-to-day administration of the Party and representing the Party in public forums.

Before joining the Party, this 27-year-old “internet sensation” had developed a social media following of 50,000+ on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Gazi Kodzo is a former President of the St. Petersburg chapter of the International People’s Democratic Uhuru Movement (InPDUM) that he led in campaigns such as Justice for the Three Drowned Black Girls and Africans Charge Genocide.

SG Gazi Kodzo also served as Interim Campaign Manager for the campaign to elect Eritha “Akilé” Cainion (Akilé Anai) for the District 6 City Council seat in the local St. Petersburg, Florida elections on a platform for economic justice and reparations to the black community. He is a former host on WBPU FM Radio in St. Petersburg.
